Really happy to announce the participation of Alcove Angling Club in the AQUA accreditation scheme in the Bristol region. This is a very well established Angling club with over 450 members and a commitment to keeping their 4 water bodies free of damaging Invasive non Native Species by signing up to increased biosecurity measures, training and awareness raising.
All their water bodies will now have survey equipment submerged looking for invasive invertebrates and crustaceans that can be easily transferred on angling equipment if biosecurity measures are not strictly adhered to.
